Great question too: we recommend rinsing your GrindGuard™ with cool water after each use, and brushing it gently with a soft toothbrush (no toothpaste, as it can be abrasive). An occasional soak in mild mouthwash or denture cleaner is totally fine — just avoid hot water to keep the shape perfect
